I bought a water cooler from Office water Coolers. On arrival of the product (of which we had to go fetch from Johannesburg to Cape Town because they do not deliver), we found that not all the part (according to the Manuel) were not there. Just to found out that the heating system is not working AT ALL.
When we contact them for this we were advice by a rude person that we have to bring back the system on our own cost and no refund or exchange allowed only repair.

Since this is suppose to be a brand new product, I am expecting a brand new product in return.
