BAD SERVICE

I bought 3 new laZboy couches from Rochester Centurion on 26 March. Vincent Cloete who was assisting me said that the stock will arive early the next week wich would be 2, 3 April so that i can come collect before the end of the week! I have never heard anything from him. When i phone the store he is always busy and i must speak to someone else. Yesterday 8 April they said they will phone me today to tell me when will i recieve the couches! I never heard anything from them!

Rochester Launched this big laZboy campaign but there isnt any Stock! Is this true?
