Its week 2 after I bought new couches and???

I bought 2 couches from them about 3 weeks ago and was very disappointed in that they looked nothing like the ones that where displayed on the floor and there was damage on them from the delivery process. I then went into the store and exchanged them for two new couches (this took 4 hours out of my day). I was told that I would receive them within two days, well 2 weeks later still no contact ans still no couches. These are very expensive purchases and should be handled quickly. I have never had such bad service from a supplier and will never refer them to anyone.
