Last week we had some flooring put down in our lounge which ended up being a much bigger job than expected, as our old floors held some surprises for everyone. 3 days became 6 days, but that didn't matter as I had no ridiculous expectations and understand how it goes.
I just wanted to say that I have never had a team of contractors that were so professional and friendly whilst on site. Unlike normal SA contractors that take constant tea breaks/lunch breaks, these guys never seemed to eat or drink on site and just worked. They took away all the debris and cleaned up after themselves every single day! Even when I decided yesterday that the line they had followed was slightly off and with a heavy heart, I asked them to lift it all and relay, they told me that I must be happy and they will do whatever is required to achieve that. WOW!
Seriously, and this is a major punt - if you ever want flooring done JNB Saffers, contact 'Floors Direct' and insist that Manuel and his team is your fitter. What a wonderful experience, I am delighted!
