Poor custormer services recieved

I arrived at the above mentioned store on monday the 2nd of this month at 8:00 fetching my goods. And the sales guy who first saw me came and told me the store opens at 9 ofwhich I plead for an exception since I was rushing to work, but the guys inside ordered him to shut the door leaving me outside were I was. I then called in and asked for the manager then explained to situation to him... To which he gave me a bad attitude on response telling me they opening at 9 and that they are not making any exceptions to anybody and a whole lot of things I didn't want to hear. So basically am not happy with the service given by this people...
