I visited ur carlton centre branch on 29nov nd while i was queing i started feeln dizzy. The lady that was supervising was quick to notice that in was under the weather. She assisted me nd ensured i had a seat and a glass of water. And once i was better she ensured i receive assistance speedily. Please send her my sincerest gratitude not many wuldve done the same. I feel bad as i do not recall her name but she is a dreadlocked black lady with a very big smile.

On the other hand i would like to bring to ur attention the lack of cashiers u guys have at ur branches especially the melrose arch branch. Numerously we stand in the queue too long and cashiers are alway called from the back once customers have waited too long to be serviced. I visit that branch often as itd close to work nd we note that the manager is not arlamed by the comments from customers. Please improve this as its festive season and we will be visiting the branches more often.
