Failure to be assisted by the branch

We visited the branch of Standard Bank in Sunward Park to have a letter confirming banking details and the address registered in it, we were told they can't print such a letter for us we then went to Eastrand Mall branch where we were assisted with no hassles.
The lady who assisted us at Sunward Park by name of seshego/lesego and Adele they said the branches of the bank were barred from printing such but when we came with the said letter from another branch she then became creative and said a communication was sent to branches not give such letters to customers.
The frustration and the cost of going to Eastrand mall for something that we could find at the nearest branch to us. The Branch Manager wasn't there and having to be assisted by the staff ba jang mamina.
