Software crashes

It is unfortunate but the software is prone to crash. Most frustrating is when you have done a lot of work, such as a GRV, only for the program to crash and you have to redo it all again. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming.
Having to redo work means that stock can't be move to the shelves to be sold, and needs to stand in storerooms until you finally succeed in completing the GRV. NO STOCK on shelves means LOSS OF INCOME.
Bugs/crashes are unacceptable.
