False Advertising

Hi. I checked games weekly paper and they had a special running. 4 x 2Kg USN 100% whey protein for R349. When i got there they had a board up at the product to say they had made a mistake. I took a picture of the board as proof and still have the paper as proof. This is not acceptable as they advertised it at that price. I had to drive all the way there to be disappointed. I wanted to purchase 2x the special and asked the staff for help. The lady just came back to me and said the manager said no. How can you advertise something and then not sell it as advertised. Is that not called false advertising?
