Worst service eve

As a regular shopper at pick n pay princess crossing I'm shocked by the attitude of their staff. There are never enough tills open, a whole 7 on a Friday afternoon 3 pm. The other cashiers and even managers rather stand in groups to have a chat instead of doing their work. If you try and find a manager they' re in the office sitting down having a sandwich, just lifting their hand to show me they're having lunch. Don't even bother going to the liquor store they rather help people with groceries who they call from the outside that doesn't even buy liquor than you who are standing in line. Today was the tenth time this happened. Again I tried to find a manager only to be met with an arrogant supervisor or something with a grin on his face telling me I'm the wrong one and they can help who ever they want. Again all the managers were supposedly in a meeting. Every time I stand in line and hear people complain about their pathetic service, yet nothing gets done about it!
