Pathetic service

CRESTA FOTO FIRST SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!! I went to get a photo printed in A1 and they said no problem, took my details down and told me to come back after an hour. After an hour, I came back only to be told that they couldn't print A1 at the store, I had to take it to the other store on the other side of the mall, why they didn't just call me and tell me this earlier is beyond me! So anyway, I said fine and said I'll wait there while they said they'd send one of the sales guys with my flash drive to the other store. After waiting for about 30min, Steven came to me again and told me the same thing!!! I've been waiting there for 30 min and nobody had left yet with my flash drive!!! So finally after asking one of the sales consultants who point blank refused to go (in front of the customer), another sales person went to take my flash drive. Finally got the picture almost 4 hours after I gave it to them!!! and didnt get my flashdrive back! So when I called the next day to ask about it, they asked everyone in the shop it seems and nobody seemed to have it and Michelle or whatever the manager's name is said she'd call back about it - no word, same story everytime i call! DONT GO THERE!!!
