Disgusting service

I went to Pick n pay to get a birthday cake for my 6 yr old son and when we got to the bakery they called Tshepo to come Assist us. I guess greeting us was too much for her so my husband greeted her and told her what we want. She did not
utter a word and disappeared under the counter for a while and I even asked her colleagues if she is/will assist us and asked them why was she being so rude? They reckon someone made her mad and she was not in the mood... I found that very upsetting because as a customer I should not have to deal with that, all I needed was to place an order and leave. After a while she came out of the counter and we assume she was checking what characters they have as my son wanted Spiderman - honestly at that point it didn't matter whether they had what I was looking or not I was ready to leave and spend my money where they appreciated me as a customer.
