Today was the first time I went to the Hub, because of your nive clothes but I think It was the last time I go there, I bought a nice blue dress, heels and slippers and told the cashier Ill pay for that 3 and pay for the 4th item once Ive fitted since I didnt fit, then when I returned I decided to lay-bye the dress instead, the dress was R185, then she told me other customers are waiting and laybye takes long, then she aked for my id, i had my drivers lic and she refused to take it, she then confirmed with hwr supervisor if the drivers is ok, then she said no, the the lady next to Phelwa (not sure if her ne is penny or thuli) said to both a drivers is the same as an Id so she can use it, then the supervisor said the laybye stars from R350, I should pay cash, then the same lady who corrected them said laybye is from R200, I found the two very unproffesional, biased and dont have respect for customers and worst of all dont know the meaning of customer service, she initially didnt want to do that laybye and had the odesity to telle how laybye takes time and other customers are waiting, so Im noy importnant according to her, so I entered the store in a gappy mood and left feelin disg
