SHORT-CHANGING

This branch has a particular employee who always tells you the wrong price at the till - eg, if something is R9.80, he will say you owe R10.00 (there is no till display facing the customer). I always point out his error and he always looks as if I am crazy for doing so.
In addition, he routinely short-changes. Today I paid for a R9.90 item with R50 and only got R40 as change. When I pointed out that it was 10c short, he actually sighed before giving me the change.
I know this is not a huge sum of money, but to me it is the principle of the matter. In addition, since this happens to me every time I have this particular assistant, i imagine he is doing this to everyone & those 10 & 20c add up!
