Short changed again and poor sound

It frustrates me that I am complaining about the same thing as what I did on the 8th August 2013. On 8th August I complained that there was not the correct change in the tills when buying popcorn. I complained that every customer was being short changed. I received a phone call from your customer service apologizing and letting me know that there is sufficient change in the safe and that this will never happen again. Last night I went to see another movie at Monte casino and the same thing happened. I was not given the correct change again as there was not the correct change in the till. The till operator was Zandile S and the supervisor was Washington. If there is the correct change available in the safe the only reason why I can think that it is not used, is so that the supervisor and/or the till operators keeps the surplus cash during cash up. This is unacceptable.
In addition the movie I watched was in Theatre 9. There is something wrong with the sound as every time there was a quite scene or just one person talking, there was a constant buzzing noise coming from one of the front speakers. This was extremely annoying as why should have I have to pay so much money for 3 tickets
