Hello Peter

I am a Markham customer and have an account with the company..Today as I went to the Clearwaters store stood by the till and the was no one to give me service and the gentleman by the of Patric finaly shows up and I am not standing on the till where he is servicing and with out greeting or apologising he does not utter word to ask me to come to his till he point at the till am surpose to go to. And when I got to the till I raised the fact that amnot happy with the sign language he is using to indicate where he would make the transaction. No apologies were said again on the matter.

Buying the item (Jewelery M-Accesiries) AQUA MULTI COLOUR STA- that have a R79.00 price on them for R89.00 I then questioned the matter and he replied by saying prices changed and probably the right price fell out ..no apologies on the matter and there transaction was done on the price that was not on the item.

It is not the price as such that got me unhappy but the principle behind pricing an item the me client paying a higher price for, it is the gentleman's attitude from the first go I was unhappy with.
