Being ripped off by Clicks

I bought the OMO 750ml liquid detergent from Clicks in the Mooiriver mall on the 25th of November. To my knowledge as advertised in their brochures the product is on special for R43.95 but when I got home and checked my slip I saw that I paid the full amount of R72.95. At the bottom where they deduct the promotional amounts the money isn't deducted either. So I called the call centre to complain and the woman told me I had to go back to that exact store to reclaim my money but the more I told her I don't live in Potchefstroom, I only shop there, the more she tells me that that is my only option. I feel it's very unfair to expect of a customer to drive over 50km to get money, that is rightfully hers, just because the shop didn't do their jobs adequately. I want my money and I refuse to go back (pay R100 petrol) to clear up their mistakes. We have a Clicks branch here in Parys, so please contact make a plan to get me accommodated there regarding the matter. I also suggest you contact the Mooiriver mall branch and find out how many other people got done in with this so called special.
