Very bad attitude from Store Manager :-(

We purchased a TV from Dion: the unit was faulty. We wanted to return it for a refund. Dion first wanted to send a tech and I refused as I don't want fingers in my unit if it's only 2 days old. Eventually after struggling to get them to agree to give my R8k back, Sipohazi the store manager called. At that point I was quite irritated as I was transferred from one to the next & still no joy, Sipohazi told me that she cant help me if " I am going on like this", I asked where do "I go on", I didn't scream or yell at her, I was SO despondent and VERY IRRITATED, because Sipohazi was the 4TH PERSON I spoke to, I would've thought that she as the STORE MANAGER would understand me being so frustrated at the time.. After I asked her "Where do I go on? " She told me: "You said freakin and You people". I asked her since when is the word freakin a swear word? I cant recall saying "you people" & If I did say it, whats the big offense taken by her? She turned this whole issue into a PERSONAL issue, She was there the day I returned my TV, Sipohazi didnt even bother to come out and talk to me, she just told customer service to refund me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DION WIRED, I went to Game and bought 2 TV's!
