Last year I order luggage set (black) and bring the wrong order (CONTINENTAL5-PIECE), so I return the order to post office ref (PA373-188-715 ZA). I'm reporting them for the second time now. I'm tired of their calls everyday to tell them that I return the parcel at post office. on the 08/08/2013 I receive the statement that shows0.00 amount and I'm receiving another statement that I'm owing R354.15. please help me I'm tired of this people calling me just to tell me that I have to pay something that I don't have In my house.
