Good customer service

I would highly like to honour and compliment Vincent and Christine of Ackermans store bloem plaza for the great service that they offered us yesterday, we were so angry at first when they told us that our new credit card declined because they took back their credit and by that time we were so desperate to buy clothes for our baby and we didn't have any cash with us, they both went extra-mile and they were so energetic and looking for a way to try and help us and Christine made sure that we are not gonna walk the store without anything in our hands, she is sooo amaizing and i wish i could do something for her but i'm hoping my compliment will take her somewhere, and i am definitely sure we were not the first and the last customers that she helped, i wish her more energy and more promotions and i will pray for her to get a promotion because SHE DESERVES ONE.

I would also like Ackermans to try and explain to the people who opens an accounts that they must try and explain the procedure before they can run to the customers for getting commission, especially on the paymant method because that was our problem yesterday, we even cancelled the debit order because of the complications
