I visited PLiC Plastics in Cape Gate today to purchase a lid for an expensive and heavy duty plastic crate Code A101 Large Meat Tray (816x465x267mm) which they sell as an industrial stock item. We have already purchased some of these units from them before. The floor saleslady attempted to convince me that these containers do not have lids as they had none in stock. These units with its lids are available for view on the [URL Removed] Just Google it.
I then again requested her, to order some for me. We are expanding our factory shelves and already have 40 of the crates and wish to purchase another 80 with lids and need to use the lids on them during stacking

The Manager then came out with an attitude and said "wat is dit" I explained the situation and again requested him to place an order for me. He insisted that they do not stock it. He then in front of his staff told me to go and buy it from Crown National and turned around and walked away

He was extremely abrupt and unpleasant and I am not impressed with this service I received from him.
I wish to recommend that he attends a customer relations course and apologise for his rudeness or I will never again set my foot in this branch again
