This is the 2nd time I have been treated badly at this store regarding exchanges. It seems to be Ackermans policy not to issue receipts for exchanges which is a COMPLETE infringement on the customer's rights. After a lengthly argument, the store manager agreed to make a copy for their records and issue me with a receipt. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! A customer is by law entitled to all original documents pertaining to the transaction that took place. I will never shop at Ackermans again in my life. I also urge people not to buy any clothing from Ackermans as gifts as if they require exchanging, it will result in a very unpleasant situation and its just not worth it. There are plenty of other stores that are way more obliging.
