When ever Pick And Pay has specials and we go, there is never stock on the shelves. when we ask the packers we are told that they are instructed not to put stock on the shelves. When you go after the promotions then the stock is available at the normal price. This is not the first time with this Pick and Pay store. Is this how Pick and Pay treats its loyal customers?
