Car Trolley Hire in Menlyn Mall

My reason for contacting you is to complain about the car trolley rentals at the entrance where the Woolworths is. Yesterday I came to shop and I wanted to put my baby into the little car trolleys. The 'lady' (oldish woman) that works there was SO RUDE I could not believe it. This ruined my whole shopping experience and I went into woolies and came out and went home.

She rudely said to me that I must 'take it all out' - That IT was my daughter!!! She then said that I must pay for the rental of the trolley, which is fine but I no longer wanted it with such AWFUL attitude. This is absolutely unexceptable. Everyone is getting in the Festive mood, but then you get 'service' like this???

I will NEVER rent one of those stupid trolleys. My daughter is just as happy in the Woolies trolley that actually steers easier and takes less space when moving through the ilses. This still leaves a bad taste in my mounth.

I really hope that they do something about this very RUDE woman. You are losing clients and money!!!
