The worst service

We bought a six piece kitchen unit on 31 August 2013 in cash and delivery icluded. Firstly the promise of "same day delivery" was never kept as the unit is not complete we getting bits and pieces of which I CAN NO LONGER STAND FOR.To make matters worse the staff members (totally incompetent) do not give feedback or keep you in the loop and are condecending and their attitude is ridiculous.

We still do not know when we will receive the remaining piece if we are because it has been three months!
