Shoprite
No eBucks but it's advertised

I live in Valhalla and went to do my monthly groceries shopping and to my surprise, Valhalla shoprite does not know how to use ebucks, the casier kept on wanting me to pay for my shopping on the eBucks and it kept on rejecting the card because there is not enough eBucks on the card to pay, after I told her numerous times that I want to EARN point, not spend. She then told me that it is linked to my fnb bank card and that I will automatically earn when I swipe. Which is false. I swipe my ebucks card at Dischem and know how it works.

Then I left it. Today when I went to Shoprite at Suncardia Pretoria. The cashier called the Mananger and she told me that head office did not yet load the programmes on their systems and does not accept eBucks, but at the till, there is a large poster saying spend and earn eBucks. This is False advertising and why do you employ incompetent people to run your stores. Even though I lose eBucks, I will rather go buy at Pick and Pay where I can earn points on my smat shopper card, than shop at places where false advertising takes place.

By this post I hope people see how incompetent your shop really is and that you do false advertising.
