Am I invisible?

I went over to the ciggarette counter and stood behind the only customer at the till, the gentlemen paid for his rizlers and I continued to stand at the till waiting for the lady to service me, by the time she had finished with the gentlemen a large que had formed, she then helped 4 other customers that arived after me and everytime she ignored me.
