O response after 54 hour promise to do so

I have waited more than a week for a response now i can see why there is a problem with hyegine i went back to centre over weekend i witnessed waitress wipe table with same cloth as she wiped ashtrays and menus and the condiments lids were rusted and grimey tomatoe sauce and mustard lids crusted with dried sauce i can imagine how dirty the kitchen is both branches seem to have same problem at pavillion it seems wimpy have a hyegine problem my opinion is they have useless staff who are too busy on there cellphones and incompetent supervisors.
