Phoned Dion Wired at 9am on the 27/11/2013 to enquire about a set of Bose Headphones. Switchboard operator tried to connect me to the so called sales team, but was unable to get a response from any of them. Called again 10 minutes later and once again she could not connect me to any member of staff. I left my phone number and name and requested a call back. 40 minutes passed by with no response, I telephoned again and asked to speak to the manager and yet again the call went unanswered. Left a message for manager to contact me, no response. I then called Incredible Connection at Pavilion, where service was excellent and the product I wanted was reserved.
