Baby City: Bad service delivery and attitude

After deciding on products for a gift registry for a stork tea (13/01/2013), the sales lady informed me that they had no boxes left to put the products in for display to the possible guests. We agreed to leave it there so that they could put it on a list so long and to provide me with a reference number for the time being, until they had a box available again.
Today, 31/01/13, there was no box when we visited the store. According to the 20-day policy, it should be available till the 2nd of February. After discussing and arguing with the sales ladies, we asked for the Store Manager, who was interrupting me while I was trying to explain, apparently remembering me and that I said that a list would be sufficient enough, thus indicating that I am lying. I feel that she was extremely rude towards us as clients. Strange that she could not come and explain for the inconvenience on the 13th when we were also upset about the boxes not being available - especially since she "remembers me by name".
I am extremely upset that the service was not delivered as they promised and even more upset for the absolute terrible attitude of the Store Manager. Certainly not an example to her staff.
