False advertising

[URL Removed] states clearly on their website that if an item is in their warehouse and you order it before 14:00 it will leave their warehouse that same day. I placed an order on Thursday at 12:00, sure that it would be delivered on the Friday since there was plenty of time for the courier to collect it on the Thursday. However, the order only left the warehouse on Friday morning, meaning that it would only be delivered the next week.

This is false advertising on behalf of [URL Removed] and is incredibly inconvenient for me since I needed the goods this weekend. I would not have placed the order with them if they did not clearly state that the order would leave their warehouse the same day.
