I bought a play gym that was prized R649 only to realize when I got home that I was charged R699. I was wrong in signing the receipt without checking however the cashier failed to check and make adjustments. All she was interested in was to give me a cash card... I returned the item today and asked to see the manager so that I can make her aware of what happened (and possibly for her to notify her staff to pay attention to such things). Shadi Mabaso lacks people skills. I introduced myself and made relayed the 'story' and all she said was sorry and walked away without saying where she was going. Nhlanhla Ngobeni processed the refund and unlike her manager, she was she was professional. I later received a call from Catherine who promised to call after 30min and that didn't happen. If the manager is unprofessional and doesn't value customers, I can't expect much from subordinates. Nhlanhla keep up the good work. Edgars, adjust your prices and notify your staff. Do not wait for customers to do your job. Stop inconveniencing customers and treating them like dirt.
