Foschini
Foschini Group deducting money

I received my monthly statement from Foschini, and to my surprise-I see a letter about a Critical Illness that I apparently joined. I did not join any such thing with Foschini. I then phoned the customer service helpline, queried it, and I heard that I've being a member since June and I "must have" approved it via telephone.

I do not do such dealings via the telephone. I did not approve such a thing.

It might not have not been a big amount deducted-but it is my money that they were messing with, and if this can be done without my signature-what else can they do???
