Pick 'n Pay
Over charge of R2100 with online shopping

Ordered online from Pick N Pay website. Credit card account was debited with R2100 more as the store manager billed me for KVW Vintage brandy instead of the normal KVW brandy for R149. No correspondance from Pick N Pay was received for over billing. Did not know what amount was for, stopped credit card, froze account. Later realised what happened when received delivery note with over charges. Refund to be given 24 to 48 hours later. Do not have access to account until new card has been activated. Have to take off from work to go and pick up new card. Admin nightmare! Pick N Pay online shopping does not make your life easier, it complicates it and causes admin. Very unhappy!
