BAD SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MONTIC AND SHOPRITE

Its a second time I'm experiancing such bad service I'm certaily not happy about the product neigther service I received from shoprite. I always purchase montic anamafuta amasi full cream and last time I did I had purchased it from shoprite only 2 find out when I get home ready to eat I only find milk instead of amasi. I reported the matter to shoprite jabulani mall and the mananger Issac tshipapu gave me bad attitude stating that he didn't milk the cow or even packed this product. I then called the customer care line of montic on. The number (11 617 7200) sunday morning around 11:42 and instead of me receiving help they told there's nothing they can do as its sunday there fore I need to call again on manday. I deserve the best service I'm expecting if they can do such mistakes on food that we eat then wat garrantees do we have that they sell good products to us?? I cannot stand milk hence I drink amasi what could have happened If I drenk it hoping its amasi nd its what's harmful to my unborn baby??
