Warning - do not buy online from CNA

I purchased an Xbox bundle from CNA online which was delivered on 01 November 2013. Upon opening the package i noticed that the full advertised items were not included. i have been trying to get what i paid for now for over a month. Nobody seems to want to take accountability for the short supplied items as advertised. I bought this as a birthday gift for my son and they are now telling me that the item was out of stock and i can return what i received and they will give a full refund. How do you take a present away from a child.

Bottom line is, they advertised a product, took my payment and then knowingly did not supply the advertised items.

It is a continious battle to get feedback as i am expected to do all the follow ups. Their attitude is attrotious and their promises nothing but empty words.
