I did an online shopping last week only to be told an evening before delivery date that my payment didn't go through. The Nedbank debit card I used operates like a credit card and I've never had problems using it for online payments before. The call centre consultant didn't tell me I needed to use a credit card and not a 'debit card'. So I used it again yesterday for online shopping.

This afternoon another consultant calls and tells me my payment didn't go through and that I can't give payment details over the phone. I have to change my payment method online and process the order again. If I do it tonight it will be for delivery next week. I'm paraplegic and uses a wheelchair. Online shopping seem to be the most convenient way to shopping but I'm loosing hope now.

Why is the turnaround time to responding to online shopping so long and inconvenient? There's not even an alternative method to correct order payments to still process same order. Now I must do this again for the third time. How pathetic.
