Bad first time experience

We tried Pick n Pay online shopping for the first time. The guy from Mr Delivery gets here: They left half of the stuff off the list, the bananas is broozed, toothpaste open, chocolates all melted, meats all mouldy and the All Gold hot. Ask the Mr Delivery guy what is going on and he just says he only delivers what he gets.

Then they charge us R90, instead of R60 even though there are 2 Pick n Pay's within 3min drive. Explain that?
