Mouldy and Stale Cakes sold at the Bakery!!!

I bought cakes from the bakery at checkers hyper on Friday. When I got home, the cakes where stale and were mouldy underneath. This is the 3rd time this has happened. What the is going on??? This is utterly disgusting and disappointing. I have pictures of this. The health department would not tolerate such a huge store selling items of such low standard to their consumers. Was this last weeks stock that you are selling to innocent paying customers???
