On the 26 April 2013 at arond 17:30 my wife and I were at Foschini to do shopping. We found a blouse and then proceeded to make payment at the till point. I produced my account card to the teller and the teller realising that my card is an old card and cannot swipe, she needs an authorisation she then called one Nobuntu for authorisation. She initially did not come and took her own time meanwhile I was standing there not knowing what to do. She was called again and finally she came and was loudly uttering words in Isizulu that 'Why ungashintshi icard baba and mina ngikhathele uku authoriza" literally meaning why don't you change your card and I am tired of authorising. She left without helping and told the teller to call another person to authorise. When she left she was still complaining around the shop telling another colleague who was asking her what is the problem. In my opinion what she did was uncalled for this considering that she is at work to do the job that she is paid for and if she does not want to work she has to remain at home. I hope her bosses will take note of her unbecoming behaviour as she is also very rude to work at retail service.
