Woolworths failing their customers yet again!

After purchasing a superior brand product - country road form a woollies outlet I was frustratingly surprised that after 5 weeks the blouse that I purchased tour at the seams.
Now this will be quite an obvious conclusion if I picked up 20 kg in 5 weeks and had tried my luck by trying to recover my money. However this is not the case. The blouse tour as a result of bad quality. Not so farfetched as it would seem. After returning the top the customer care person called me stating that they are looking into the matter and proceeded to ask me several od questions regarding the way the blouse was washed and why I cut off the tag of the blouse. The answer is VERY obvious, well to me at least, it would seem. The tag was irritating and if I had known that the blouse will tear at the seams after 5 weeks I would have never cut off the tag because who will think in their wildest dreams that a top costing R 600 will tear only from washing.
I returned the top so that I can get a credit note to use in the store but Woollies did not want to hear anything of it and rather opted to shrug me off as yet another "retail giant" frowns upon the "customers" that made them the giant in the first place
