Horrible and unpleasant shopping experience

I went to that store of which I regret ever going there. I had my two kids with me a 6 year old and a 14 month old. I went to exchange three items the two ladies from the sale shop were rude Zanele and Ntombi saying there's no 33 percent off the shoes I was buying which the was a big sign there. As I was living a security Andrew ask to see what I was buying for the what I don't know he then demanded my slips I said I have many slips I got irritated as he was calling me a and said I'm not going anywhere he then grabbed me with the 14 month old acrooss the whole shop I scream I yelled no 1 helped me they saw me as another he didn't even want me to carry my little baby she was was crying and so was my 6 year old there was no management to help me. Two security ladies were kind to me they checked all my slips and saw that I did nothing wrong.long story short I'm going to sue Edcon for defimation and physical abuse and emotional distress they caused for my kids
