NO HANDSET ISSUED WITH VODACOM CONTRACT

I applied for the phone contract on the 25th Oct 2013, I had to go to the store on several occassions to get the phone.
Today is the 16th November and I still don`t have the phone and sales ladies at the shop are blaming me for it. I had several conversations through sms everytime I went to the shop but I was given a million excuses ranging from stock unavailability to blaming me for not pitching up on the day they said I should come pick up the phone. Forgetting that I have a life and won`t always pitch when they expect me to.
This device should have been given to me when my contract was approved together with the voucher.
I had to come on several occassions and still they failed to give me what was due to me.

The last time I was there was on the 9th of Nov 2013 and the agent (Pulane) told her manager-Stephen that I refused the phone when it was given to me, which he also believed, to my shock.

So I would like the retail to view footages which will show how many times I had to pitch to that store to experience this shocking service and also I want Pulane to pin point the day that I refused to take the phone.
Im also going to lodge this complaint with Vodacom and beyond
