I do not want an account with homechoice

A few weeks ago i visited the home choice website and requested a free catalog to be delivered to me by post. To my suprise the catalog came with a letter welcoming me as a customer with an account number included. I would like to have this account number removed from your records, I don't understand how one can allocate me an account number without my consent. Can you please have my name removed asap.
