Oblivious to store environmental conditions

I have visited makro springfield on three occasions and i have noticed that the temperature within the store was exorbitantly high due to aircon plants not working .the vists to the store was over a period of 3 weeks and in all of this time makro springfield has made no effort to repair fault .i have on numerous occasions complained to staff members and enquired of them about the poor in store environmental condition, each and every response was that the airconditioning plant is not working .makro stocks food items on shelf in store, higher temperature = high bacteria levels .management should stop being oblivious to such a condition and work to remedy fault as it is a health risk.
