Cats Roaming around inside Makro Store Woodmead

Yesterday the 4th Sept 2013 upon going to Makro Store Woodmead I encountered cats in the store while walking in the aisles. As a person who has phobia for cats I screamed and nearly injured myself while trying to get away. Upon calling the manager to report, he loosely said there isn't much they can do as the store has alot of doors and its difficult to control them, they occasionally call the SPCA to catch them.
The store is in a filth state, the sugars packing torn and all over the place.
This is unacceptable, I have been to various stores as big as Makro Woodmead but never seen the cats.
