Every time I use my game card at a till point, it say please phone for authentication. Then 15 minutes later they tell me that the problem is my statements does not get delivered to my address. Then I give them my correct address and the block is removed. This has happened about 15 times now. I now changed it so that they can send my statements to my E-Mail address and not my postal address. Guess what, this in now the 3rd time (After changing to my E-Mail address) that I need to remove the block. Every time that this happens I spend 15 minutes on the phone while I'm at the store and people in line have to wait for me also. If this happens one more time I will cut my card up in the store and not pay any instalments on this card...
