Blocked account again and again and again

This is probably one of many complaints Game receives daily (not my first as well) and it seems that they do not giving it much attention.
I've got an account with Game, I use and pay it religiously every month. But whenever I want to use it, the account is blocked due to post not being received.
I used it about 2 weeks ago and it was blocked, during this conversation I changed my statement preference to e-mail.
When I went in again yesterday, they blocked it AGAIN! And again it was due to the postal address being incorrect, when asking what my preference is, they confirmed e-mail. No why in the world do they still block accounts then?
Supposedly they also contact you for purchases over R1000, This is also not being done.
So if they block accounts for security purposes, why not honor their security protocols and block for more expensive purchases.
Every time I get calls from all over after a complaint promising that it will be resolved, but every time I go back to support Game it is blocked again.
It's poor service being received from a company that sends personal overseas for customer service but then don't have backing of their system, good money wasted.
