Service off staff bad at truworths men in the mall

Asked for a shoe in a specific size from the lady that was working on the floor it took her 30 Min to check if they had it in the size, after the 30min when i asked another gentleman about it he started looking for her just to find that they don't have it in the size. does it really take 30min to check a PC and why do you need to ask again, they suppose to give feed back.
