On Friday 08/11/2013 I went into the Truworths Cavendish branch and was completely disgusted by the attitude of the shoe department consultant who was on duty at that time.
I asked for a size 6, the consultant came out of the store room shouting, "Who asked for a 6", handed me the shoe box as is, with all the wrappings still on the shoe. I found this a nuisance since I was in a hurry.
When i asked where I was to pay, I was practically shoved in the direction of the tillpoint where i found not one assistant present. This is very unlike Truworths as I have been a loylal customer for many years. The level of service has decreased drastically.
